Mr. De Luca holds an MBA from DePaul University and has been awarded the Certificate in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation in the United States. These designations certify his proficiency in helping clients with retirement planning and finances as well as healthcare planning. Mr. De Luca lives in Tucson with his wife and five children. When he’s not busy educating retirees on ways to preserve their quality of life, he enjoys spending time with his family, bird watching, and cycling on Tucson’s many bike trails.
