The first step is doing what’s best for the client period — every client, every time with no exceptions. We build on that base using each individual’s unique talent. My approach to management is to emphasize your strengths, not focus on your weaknesses. We all have both, but generally people who are growing in what they do best are happier and perform better.
For that reason, the Arizona office is looking for someone with strong ethics, respect for the team and the ability to fit into that team. We will provide you with the right tools to excel and quality, individual training. As a manager, I will not ask you to do anything I’m not willing to do myself. But I will ask you to perform consistently at the highest possible level. We work hard but we enjoy doing it and in Las Vegas, the results speak for themselves.

Nancy’s mission in life is to help people make better choices in the face of uncertain times. She started her financial services career in 2003 and has experienced both boom and bust periods. Since no one can predict economic swings, Nancy works with her clients to take a smart approach to managing their assets for the future.
Nancy believes that educating clients to understand their options is the key. She chose the insurance industry because of her own experience as a small business owner. She wants to help you avoid some of the well-intentioned mistakes she made herself.
That’s why you’ll never have just one appointment with Nancy. She will meet with you until you’re totally comfortable with your choices. She believes in long-term relationships and comprehensive customer service. Nancy sticks with her clients through all the challenges life has to offer.
Nancy lived all over the country prior to returning here in 2010. She and her husband John love the area and live here with their children Gianna and Hunter and the family dog Handsome.

Since 2002, Nate has been involved in the risk management and financial services industry.
His background, from being an Independent Agent Owner to being a national sales consultant for hundreds of agents, provides him with the kind of experience needed to succeed as a Business Development Manager for Futurity First.
With two important industry designations under his belt – Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and Certified Wealth Strategist – it’s clear that Nate is dedicated to ongoing professional education, and keeping updated on issues that could impact his clients.
He has multiple licenses in insurance advising, and believes in building close-knit relationships with the clients and advisors he works with.
Originally from Dallas, Texas he moved to the Phoenix area in 1996 and has enjoyed Arizona as a whole. If he’s not busy with work or spending time with his family, Nate is often found golfing, mountain biking and serving and growing in his faith at Christ’s Church of the Valley.
