Don has over 18 years of experience in insurance and financial services, running a very successful field sales office.
Don has held several key leadership positions in a regional career agency system. He was responsible for helping to oversee 9 field offices, and was heavily involved in recruiting and training. He earned 7 Key Associate Awards and numerous Diamond Level GAMA Awards for recruiting. These accomplishments and more have earned Don a spot at Futurity First’s Leaders Conference for five years.
Don received a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and his MBA from Radford University. He has LUTCF and LACP designations and holds Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 licenses. Don and his wife Katie live in Roanoke, VA with their two sons, Donnie, 9, and Jack, 3.
