Tom Bugbee joins Futurity First with an 18 year background in sales with the last eight years in the Financial Services industry. His financial sales experience includes Life Insurance, Long Term Care and DI, as well as Stocks, Mutual Funds, Managed Money, Annuities, and Alternative Investments.
Tom has worked both as an Independent Advisor and as an Internal Captive Advisor in his career and most recently served as a Team Leader mentoring new hires in addition to sales responsibilities. Tom believes in taking an educational approach with clients, with an emphasis on goals, open communication, and downside risk management.
Tom has a Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and has recently completed his CFP® designation as well. Tom graduated from Arizona State University and is an avid supporter of Sun Devil Athletics. When Tom is not working, he enjoys hiking, movies, golf, and spending time with his wife Kelly and their two children, Liam and Brooke.
