Constance (Connie) Huff, Retired Operations Director at Alaska Public Media

“I got my long-term care insurance through Cheryl Harrison, which has made me feel safer for the future. Now I’m retired, and Cheryl helped me have guaranteed income with safe money planning strategies. It’s great to reduce risk! She also assisted with my Medicare Supplement… Having a professional who knows the lingo is so reassuring. I’m in good hands with Cheryl!” *

Virginia from Roseburg, OR:

“I appreciate all Cheryl has done for me, including the extraordinary measures she took to help me find out if I could be eligible for a long term care insurance program. Ultimately, it was a relief to confirm my long-held suspicion that I would not qualify for traditional LTC insurance.

Purchasing a home care plan has really helped me have some peace of mind, at a price I can afford.” *

My passion is to help and protect people. Since 1999, I have worked as an insurance agent, and for many years I’ve also helped as a caregiver to a family member. These experiences guided me to focus on educating people on one of the most overlooked threats to financial and emotional wellbeing in retirement – a long-term care event.

My clients are provided with enough information, so they can make an informed decision. Whether if it’s building a wall of protection around their retirement with a plan for extended care or looking inside the wall to see if their assets are healthy and safe.

Addressing the needs of clients to understand their choices when it comes to Medicare is a service I provide, and I can help with dental and vision insurance too.

I also help people with legacy planning, making sure their obligations to family will be met if they die unexpectedly or if they want to leave a legacy to a charity.

Using life insurance as a financial tool with its many tax advantages can have a huge impact on people’s financial future. This is also great savings tool to consider for children, helping them build a tax-free retirement plan.

Born and raised in San Diego, so when I go to the coast it is a must to get my feet in the sand. I now live in southern Oregon and I am blessed to have my two grown children and most of the grandchildren living close by. My dog Zack is my daily buddy. I used to run marathons and I still love to run, hike, bike, swim, lift weights, golf and I enjoy a good game of ping pong.

Building relationships with my clients is the very cornerstone of what I do. It helps me better understands their needs and address their concerns. I help people in person and remotely as I have many clients across the country.

If you are reading this, I look forward to connecting with you too.
