I entered the Financial Services profession in 1985, after a successful career in
professional tennis. I have a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration from the Warrington School of Business at the
University of Florida, where I played tennis on scholarship. I equate the
Financial Services business requirements to those of professional
tennis, or any other professional sport or endeavor like music, etc.
One must be technically proficient, practice long and hard every day, be
consistent, not make unnecessary mistakes, and be physically fit to
endure the long hours and demands of the profession.
In addition to my life, health, and annuity license, I earned the series
7, 63, and 65 certified fund specialist designations.
I am also Board Certified in Insurance and a Board Certified Estate
and Trust Specialist from the Institute of Business and Finance.
I am happily married to a psychologist and have two young children,
Charlotte born 9-15-2005 and Oliver born 1-25-2008. We also have a Black Lab named
Lucy. I spend most of my spare time at soccer games, theme parks, enjoying outdoor nature activities and playing tennis.
