Roland E. (Ron) Bailey, Jr. Joins FUTURITY FIRST Insurance Group as Branch Manager in Cool Springs, TN
FFIG is an independent insurance organization specializing in the financial security and retirement needs of middle income families and business owners. The company is opening community-based branches in selected locations across the United States.
As Branch Manager of the Cool Springs office, serving Franklin, Brentwood and surrounding communities, Bailey is responsible for developing the company’s business presence and customer base in this market area, including the active recruitment of insurance professionals attracted to FFIG’s unique independent insurance platform and career opportunity.

A resident of Franklin, Bailey has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services business, first as an agent and later in various sales management roles with Franklin Life Insurance Company, MetLife, Prudential and most recently, Bankers Life and Casualty Company. Bailey also holds the Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Certified Long Term Care Consultant (CLTC) designations. Throughout his career, he has been active in the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) where he served as president and national committeeman for his local association. In addition, he is active in the music program and care group lay ministry at Grace Pointe Church in Brentwood.
