FUTURITY FIRST’s investment partner is Aquiline Capital Partners, a premier New York based private equity firm that specializes in investing in selected financial services enterprises, including property and casualty insurance and reinsurance; life insurance and reinsurance; securities and asset management; banking and specialty finance, and operations and financial technology.

In November 2007 Aquiline committed to provide FUTURITY FIRST with up to $100 million of capital to support the growth and development of the company over the next five years and to position FUTURITY FIRST Insurance Group as an industry and marketplace leader.

This capital commitment is part of a $1.1 billion fund that Aquiline established in 2007. FUTURITY FIRST Insurance Group is one of the original portfolio companies in which the fund has invested.

In addition to its financial support, Aquiline differentiates itself in the private equity industry by providing its portfolio companies with a depth of strategic, operational and executive management support and resources.
