Our Broker Dealer – FUTURITY FIRST Investment Services

FUTURITY FIRST Investment Services (FFIS) is a “limited service” broker-dealer. FFIS has been established to provide FUTURITY FIRST agents and managers who are or who have been registered with another broker-dealer and who have active customer accounts with the opportunity to transfer their licenses and their accounts to FFIS so that they can continue to service and sell these customers.

Sales of securities through FFIS are limited to customers that FUTURITY FIRST agents or managers have transferred to FFIS.

FFIS does not accept or allow sales of securities products to new customers, and does not allow FUTURITY FIRST agents to hold dual registrations or to maintain registration with another broker dealer.
