Training, Orientation and On-Boarding

At FUTURITY FIRST we recognize that in order to get new managers and agents off to a quick and productive start, regardless of their prior experience, we must provide them with a highly focused, highly efficient training, orientation and “on-boarding” program.

SAGE is the business planning tool we use with prospective new managers. The SAGE model allows us and the new manager to work together to develop an agency growth plan that projects production growth, sales force development, mix of business and compensation over a five year period.

PREP is the name we give to our pre-contract / pre-hire agent training program. The primary purpose of PREP is to prepare and position all new FUTURITY FIRST agents to be ready to sell the first week they join our organization.

On-boarding is the process we use to provide every new branch manager and agent, once hired, with the training tools, processes and programs they need to become productive quickly and to make a rapid and successful transition to FUTURITY FIRST.

For new managers on-boarding includes manager orientation and training, site selection and buildout, recruitment and selection of an office manager, launch of market specific prospect development and agent recruiting initiatives, product and new business training and case management processing support, and an overview of our PREP and ASAP training programs for new agents.

For new agents on-boarding is accomplished through participation in our Agent Sales Acceleration Program (ASAP). ASAP is an intensive, in-branch, three week training program designed to provide all new agents with the marketing and prospect development tools, selling skills, product knowledge and activity and case management system they need to generate business quickly and efficiently.
