Agent Selection Criteria

Unlike most career companies in the insurance industry, at FUTURITY FIRST we focus our agent recruiting efforts on “experienced agents” and “career changers.”

We define “experienced agents” as career or independent agents:

  • With one or more years of insurance experience selling traditional insurance products;
  • Who generate $50,000 or more in first year commissions.

Most FUTURITY FIRST agent candidates have concluded that in order to take their careers and incomes to the next level and to better serve their customers, they need an enhanced level of support, services and products.

“Career changers” are experienced individuals with 15+ years of experience in non-insurance professions or positions who have:

  • Strong community ties and well-developed networks;
  • Decided for a variety of reasons to leave the corporate world or their current profession and pursue a more independent, entrepreneurial path.

“Career changers” are attracted to the opportunity to fully control their own income and performance and to leverage their existing relationships.
