At FUTURITY FIRST we offer our agents a compensation package that includes competitive commissions, health and retirement benefits and an “aggregate product” monthly production bonus.

In addition to our first year cash compensation, we provide performance-based incentives, trips, allowances and equity awards for top performers.

We also offer a renewal vesting schedule that begins to vest renewals after five years of service with full vesting after ten.

All FUTURITY FIRST agents are W-2 employees. We do not offer an independent contractor or broker (1099) relationship.
