Intentionality means that all FUTURITY FIRST representatives, regardless of their position, are always upfront and straightforward with whomever they are speaking about their intentions and activities — no confusion, no surprises, no mixed messages. Intentionality is our commitment to do all that is required, all of the time, to make certain that there are never any questions or ambiguity about who we are, what we do or how we do it.

Suitability means that FUTURITY FIRST agents only recommend products to customers after first gathering and analyzing all the data necessary to determine what those customers need and what they can afford. Our sales process requires that in every situation our agents complete need-specific planning tracks, and that our agents only make product recommendations based on and supported by the data our customers provide.

Specialization is our commitment to limit our activities to what we do well and what we do best. At FUTURITY FIRST, we focus on the life, health and annuity insurance needs of middle-income families and seniors, business owners and self-employeds. We do not sell auto or home insurance or variable products or mutual funds. And we do not charge fees to prepare financial, estate, business, investment or retirement plans.

At FUTURITY FIRST we have no interest in trying to be all things to all people, to be a one-stop shopping center for all things financial. We believe that our customers are best served by an independent company and professionally trained sales force positioned to provide them with a portfolio of “best-in-class” products and the most objective life, health and annuity insurance advice in the industry today.
